4. Before Your Stay
- Review the property's house rules and check-in instructions
- Contact the host if you have questions
- Download the OnsStay app for mobile access
- Save the host's contact information
- Plan your arrival time and transportation
5. During Your Stay
- Respect the property and follow all house rules
- Keep the property clean and report any issues immediately
- Contact the host for maintenance or emergency issues
- Take photos of the property condition upon arrival
- Enjoy your stay and experience Arabian hospitality!
6. After Your Stay
- Check out on time as specified in your booking
- Leave the property clean and in good condition
- Return all keys and access cards
- Leave a review and rating for the property

- Log in to your OnsStay host account
- Click "Create New Listing"
- Enter property details (address, type, bedrooms, bathrooms)
- Add high-quality photos from multiple angles
- Write an engaging description highlighting unique features
- List all amenities (WiFi, AC, kitchen, etc.)
- Set your nightly rate and availability calendar
- Choose your cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, Firm, or Strict)
- Set house rules and check-in/check-out times
- Submit for review and approval

- Adjust pricing based on demand and seasonality
- Monitor booking requests and respond promptly
