Excellent location excellent place only minus was very difficult to gain entry through the locked communal door security let us through on arrival but evening time with no security working was hard and didn’t want to bother host as it was NY and late.. eventually we gained access.. will definitely be booking again…

Best location on saadiyat, lovely one bedroom flat with nice decor. The flat was missing drinking glasses (only 3 glass wines were provided) and all kitchen cleaning products. Would be nice to rent a place that could provide some small extra amenities like soap. However there is a spinny’s super market just below which is very convenient also so not a major concern of course. Main issue for us was the management agency: slow and confusing response time, we were given the wrong check in instructions also following a long flight with a a small baby. As we knew people in the compound we managed to get help to enter the building - however the agency was not bothered and seemed very disorganised from the start. (we received messages from 4 different numbers asking same questions for check in and when asked if a baby cot could be provided they said they could answer only the day prior arrival which made the organisation rather challenging and we had to find a baby cot elsewhere.
