For added convenience, the villa has a nearby access gate that can be opened using the provided access card. The gate leads directly towards the bus stop, making it easy for guests who would like to use public transport during their stay.

Complimentary Local Landline

The villa is also equipped with a landline telephone for complimentary local calls. Guests are welcome to use it to contact local restaurants, doctors, services or other UAE local numbers when needed.

To ensure a smooth check-in, please provide passport or Emirates ID (Front and Back) copies for all guests staying at the villa before arrival. This is required for guest registration and community access.

If you are travelling by car, please also provide your vehicle plate details before arrival so that access arrangements can be made where required.
