This modern 1-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to three guests. It features a king-size bed in the bedroom and a convenient fold-away single bed. Step onto your private balcony to unwind with views of Yas Island and Yas Waterworld, and enjoy full access to premium shared amenities.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes & utensils), and a bathroom stocked with essentials. The apartment also has a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Outside, enjoy access to a children’s play area, fully-equipped gym, communal swimming pool, and more. Residents here also benefit from serene walkways, shaded paths, and beautiful landscaping that creates a true resort feel.

• Self-check-in but you’ll need to provide a copy of your passport before arrival for verification. (EID if you are a UAE resident)
• Check-in begins at 3 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
• No room service
• This is a standard holiday home (not a hotel). We manage the apartment within the building but do not operate the building itself, so we’re unable to store luggage at the reception before check-in or after check-out.
• Pets allowed upon approval only (Pet Fee: AED 300; Pet Waiver required)
• Housekeeping & linen change available at an extra cost
