Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.
– We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
– LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
From Newcastle upon Tyne (approx. 30 min drive): Take the A189 north towards Ashington. Exit onto A197 towards Newbiggin by the Sea. Follow signs for Newbiggin and continue to Melrose Terrace.
From Edinburgh (approx. 2.5 hours): Take the A1 south towards Newcastle, then merge onto the A189 towards Ashington. Follow the A197 into Newbiggin by the Sea and reach Melrose Terrace.

The nearest train station is Morpeth Station (about 15-20 minutes away by car or taxi).
From Morpeth, take a taxi or bus to Newbiggin by the Sea.
By Bus:
From Morpeth Train Station, take the X21 Arriva bus towards Ashington/Newbiggin. The journey takes around 30-40 minutes.
From Newcastle, take the X21/X22 bus towards Ashington and transfer to a local Newbiggin bus.
The bus stop nearest to Melrose Terrace is within walking distance.
