Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.
– We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
– LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.

From the station, it’s about a 10-minute taxi ride or 15–20 minutes by bus to the property.
Trains from major cities like Newcastle, Middlesbrough, and Sunderland connect to Hartlepool regularly.

Local buses serve the area with stops close to Darwin Grove.
From Hartlepool Town Centre or the train station, take a bus heading towards Rossmere or Owton Manor.
Alight near Catcote Road / Rossmere Way, and it’s just a short walk to the property.
