Nestled in the heart of this charming seaside town, our Atlantic city stylish space is a short walk from the beach, vibrant cafes, and local shops. Enjoy modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms for a relaxing stay. Ideal for couples or a small family, our apartment offers the perfect base to explore the beauty of Whitley Bay!

Notes

– NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

– We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

– LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
