Positive: Great location, few minutes walk to public transport, hyde park and museums. The house has plenty of space. We had few technical problems during 5 week stay but the management attended and solved them quickly.

Overall, while the apartment is in a great location, I cannot in good faith recommend. The value is not good for what you get. Experienced far too many issues. The Good: - Location was perfect. Easy walk to Tube and attractions. - Mario (property mgmt) was very responsive and friendly The Bad: - Unit did not really look like the pictures. Most of the furniture was different or damaged/worn. - Unit was not fully equipped (only two glasses in the entire apt., no cooking utensils, etc) - Total price was very high for a weeks stay The Ugly: - Had to wait outside with my family for over an hour to get in during check-in due to mgmt error (despite paying for an extra day to ensure early check-in) - Unit was not clean when we arrived (carpets not vacuumed, trash left including a dirty diaper, body hair on bath floor, etc). However, mgmt did get apt. re-cleaned the first night. - Additional fees for each family member (was finally able to find a partial remedy)

From the time I checked in, there was several workers who needed access to the apartment for non emergency repairs, that I had to let in. Secondly, the boiler broke, which caused there to be no heat or hot water, This happened on a Friday morning, and they were not able to get a repair person until late afternoon on Tuesday. The next day, another painter rang the door at 9am, which I had no idea someone was coming and I had to allow him in and stay there with him for 2 hours. Then they ended my reservation over a week early, because there was to be more repairs done on the apartment. Initially, they told me that they would give me another apartment to stay in, but then changed their mind and told me to find a new place. Then instead of just making it easy to get my money back from Airbnb they refused to cancel the reservation and we had to go back and forth just for me to try to get my own money back. I ended up losing $80 but I couldn't stand dealing with them anymore.
