Guests must submit copies of their passports to be registered with Dubai Tourism and also the Building Security System.

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• AED 150/hour will be charged for late check-out and is subject to availability.

After Hours check-in (10pm to 10am) will incur a charge of 100 AED.

•The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout. Replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside our home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3500 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning and sanitation.
