Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

⏰ Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED600.00

🚭 NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Maintenance Notice – Next Apartment
There is ongoing maintenance in the neighboring apartment. Work will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, except on Sundays and public holidays. Noisy activities are avoided between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM and 1:00 PM–3:00 PM on regular days, and are strictly prohibited on Saturdays. All work is scheduled to be completed by 15 October 2025.

⚠️ Temporary Pool Closure Notice
Please note that the main swimming pool at 29 Boulevard will be closed for essential maintenance from 25 August to 1 September. During this time, guests are welcome to use the lap swimming pool, which will remain fully operational.
