– Garbage Disposal: Kindly dispose of your garbage in the designated areas.

– Appliance Use: Please use all appliances with care. Should any damage occur due to misuse, repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

– Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this property. We appreciate your understanding.

– Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to Dubai Police and rental charges will not be refundable by Urban Dreams Holiday Homes L.L.C.

– In case of damaging Or Loosing Access Card, Keys, Parking Card, A fees of 500 AED will be charged
per lost/damaged item
