Unfortunately my overall experience was below expectations. Starting with missing details at check-in that delayed our finding the town house for 30 minutes, it took a while for them to respond. When we finally walked in the place was not cleaned up to standard, the team manager apologized and offered to send a cleaning team the next day but I declined as I didn’t feel comfortable having someone come while we were staying at the property. Once settled, the back door leading to the pool was unlocked and had no key, leaving anyone passing by to be able to walk right into the town house using the sliding windows of the terrace. The WiFi information shared with me was all wrong and took back and forth communication to get the correct WiFi information a day and half after checking in. The most uncomfortable part of our stay was the mattresses used in all the bedrooms, they were by far the hardest mattresses I have ever seen, it was very similar to sleeping on a table.

If you can find somewhere else I’d use someone else Positive: Nice location in a nice area Negative: Odd smell, only one towel in rooms, very dusty, we asked to extend someone said they would review and then we were kicked out on the Sunday as we were heading out, exorbitant price but it was f1 and FINALLY I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THE 2000 add deposit for 5 days and still no reply. They barely reply.
