It’s noisy. Not well built. Appears to be an old building but it’s brand new. Fire alarms in the hall go off day and night. Gas alarm in the unit sounds at least once per day. Construction outside 24/7. Too dusty to go outside on the balcony. No pool. Movers and trucks block the front all day. Hard to get taxi. No electric clothes dryer.

My husband stayed here during a recent business trip. The apartment is modern and located in a brand new building, which made for a comfortable stay. Communication was smooth, and any issues that came up were addressed promptly and professionally. There were few issues on arrival which ware sorted swiftly. The only downside was that the fire alarm went off quite frequently, both during the day and at night, which was a bit disruptive. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience overall.
